producers and short-circuits.
All along the seasons, the chef will give room to vegetables, plants, flowers and mushrooms of our beautiful terroir of Burgundy.
From Wednesday to Friday, for lunch, a surprise menu inspired by the freshness of products and the Chef’s mood will be offered.
